Everyone that we worked with at Kearns Bros was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive, from the salesman to the hard-working men and women that did the repairs. We had wind damage that blew our aluminum awning right off of our house and damaged the soffit, fascia, gutters and roof. Kearns did a beautiful job rebuilding the soffit & fascia, replaced the gutters and our roof as well. I'm so pleased with the outcome that I wish we had it done years ago. Anytime I had a question or wanted to discuss the work, they were very responsive and made sure I was satisfied before moving on. The owner even came to our house on the day of our roof install to introduce himself. The work took more time than I expected to complete, but with the shortages these days, compared to other companies' time estimates they were by far the best. Kearns Bros just replaced our roof and I am completely satisfied. They did a perfect job. They all communicated, showed up on time, cleaned up afterward and the roof looks great. Additionally they showed me some rotted wood that had to be repaired. They came up with a relatively inexpensive solution that they repaired (instead of hiring a carpenter) and painted it saving me a lot of grief. I had a great experience working with Kearns Brothers to have a new roof installed on house and garage and my chimney replaced. Rudy gave me multiple options on how to go about having much needed roof and chimney work completed on my house. He gave me detailed options for all my needs. Due to the winter weather, the complete job needed to be set for best weather conditions in early spring, which was not a problem. I was missing a few shingles I was concerned about letting go unaddressed while waiting for the work to start and a crew was sent to repair to get me through until early spring without hesitation. I received many calls throughout the winter keeping me updated on when work could be started and to see if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. When the weather broke I was called by senior project manager Jason who set up all the work and scheduling for my new chimney and then roof.
