When my prior roof of only 14 years done by a no name outfit started leaking I knew it was time to find a quality company. Brutell Roofing was recommended by a terrific property manager (Andover). Even though Brutell had to tear off the former roof and deal with items in the attic such as the careless insulation job where vents were not marked they found a way to provide a high quality roof in the timeframe promised within the budget as stated and if high quality. The Project Manager Matt Smith was very easy to work with and I could usually get him on short notice. He is candid about the backlog and will let you know if he’s aware of price increases from his suppliers. It is important to build a network of trustworthy people when replacing an item as important as a roof. I believe this roof will outlive me which will be a relief. Working for a restaurant group in Ferndale, they are our "go-to" for any roof related work. They are responsive, prompt and friendly. Do yourself a favor and use their services, you won't be disappointed!

They were very responsive. My wife and I appreciate it after getting ghosted by 2 other roofing companies. Most communication was done by email and phone. Especially since I travel for work, it made it very easy for me to not have to worry. There were also no surprises on the work nor the final bill. The final bill will be sent about two weeks after the work is completed. My roof was completed in a day. We were warned to take things off of the wall. Glad we did. However, we did have some glasses in an open cabinet that did break. I wish I took those down as well, but it is no big deal. We have way too much stuff anyway. The noise wasn't bad enough for me to move. I was able to still take meetings during the work above my head. Dogs did go crazy. Also, asked about my satalite dish, which was great. I still have direct TV. So I was able to call them to have it reinstalled no problem either. Service: Roof installation
