Plumbing Techs

I have to say, I think this is the first time I have ever felt good about a plumber, but these guys were great! Way above expectations. We had a leaky water heater and they were able to fit me in and get out here that same day to fix it. The price was very reasonable, the technician knowledgable and the communication was outstanding. When I first called the heater was actively spitting water so Randy, who answered the phone, walked me thru how to shut off the water so there was no active leak. When they couldn't get there at the time they initially thought they could, the office called to let me know and make sure it was okay. Definitely would call them again.

Greg was AWESOME!! Extremely personable and explain what he was going to do step-by-step before starting. He answered all my questions with a smile and enthusiasm, and most of all, patiently.
