Officially a repeat customer if Northwinds heating and cooling. Cody cleaned my machine the first time out and suggested I replace my motor. This time around Rick came with a trainee, and I am so frustrated at myself that his name is escaping my memory. All three of these gentlemen were professional and respectful of my time, integrity of my machine, and my home. They were not only experts in their craft, but also not at all frustrated that life went on as normal in their presence. Great company, great associates, highly recommend.
