Zischke Builders are a professional construction company that built a 20x20 addition on our home . They worked with us on the design for a new entry way, bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet. Workers were on time, and each subcontractor provided expertise with electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing and carpentry. They were responsive with excellent office personnel and provided us with good value and good quality customer support. Jesse and his team especially his project manager GT did a very good job for my home project in a very professional approach with everything scheduled in a short time period. I would say, 1) their team is a very good team and all team members work together seamlessly. They are professional and know how and when to prepare what, and when to do what. They can tailor every corner to what you want. 2) The price is very reasonable even lower than some of the un-licensed contractors. You know now days, a lot of un-licensed contractors have their confidence (I don't know where does the confidence come from) to ask for higher prices but with bad qualities. You need to be really careful to select your right contractors, but Jesse's team is the right one based on my experience at least so far. 3) This team will never create extra work for you and you don't need to be a babysitter either. When they are working on something they will keep the future in mind and will not create any future issues.
