Colonial Heating & Cooling

I recently had a service technician from Colonial Heating and Cooling come to inspect a small leak in my washer. The technician was nice and identified the issue easily, but unfortunately, my DTE protection plan wouldn't cover the repair due to the age of the appliance. The technician put the washer back together without fixing the problem, and I was told to contact the office to get an estimate for the repair and order the necessary parts. However, later that evening, I discovered that the washer wasn't working at all and was showing an error code indicating that the door was not closed properly. It seems like something went wrong when the technician was reassembling the washer. I called Colonial Heating and Cooling, the vendor for my DTE protection plan, and was told that they wouldn't come back to fix it. I was instructed to contact DTE to get another work order. I explained to Colonial Heating and Cooling that I had already ordered a new washer/dryer, but it would take 7-10 days fo

They only called once for the 1st appt. So I had to reschedule. When the tech came he never checked the outdoor equipment and said it was a ventilation issue. So the situation wasn’t resolved. I called back to request a different text to come. They sent the same tech. I told him to check the Freon in the outdoor equipment and he realized that we needed 7lbs of Freon. This experience was not good. Although in years past we have had a good experience with this company. Service: HVAC system repair

Moved into our new house about 9 months ago. Started experiencing water heater issues last week. Colonial Heating & Cooling came to address the problem and they provided a very fast, efficient, and helpful service appointment. Very happy with the service they provided and i highly recommended them!
