This was a completely positive experience. Roof Advisor responded almost immediately to an inquiry I posted on Home Advisor. Brandon came out and did a roof inspection and indicated that I could probably get a few more years out of the roof. No high pressure sales tactics, just an honest assessment. I had skylights in need of repair, so I decided to combine replacing the skylights and the roof. Brandon gave me a very competitive estimate and I decided to proceed. All supplies were delivered to the rooftop the day before installation. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 am with a dumpster. They estimated it would take 2 days for the job, but because weather was good, they completed the job in one 14 hour day. This included replacing 6 skylights, repositioning bathroom vents and installing extra ice and water shield in in an area prone to ice dams.
