It was an overall very good experience, from the scheduling to the fixing of the issue. Mathew did a great job with explaining what the issue was and my options of repairing it. I had AAA service my air conditioning and my refrigerator, not at the same time. The repair man for my air conditioning was outstanding, explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable and confident in what his diagnosis was. I thought this was only chance but when my refrigerator broke down I called them again and they were just as good for the refrigerator as they were for the air conditioning. I highly recommend this company, I wish I own stock in it, I won’t go anywhere else for my appliance services.
