While searching for a local roofing contractor on the BBB website, I was pleased to find Renaissance Roofing had an A+ rating and zero complaints. After viewing their website, I decided to request a quote and was contacted the next business day to schedule an appointment for later the same week. Don, the owner, arrived on time and handed me a folder filled with information and samples, then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of my roof. He then provided a quote for 5 different options and took the time to explain the whole process - step by step and invited me to contact him with any questions. Inside the folder I received were: samples and literature of the different underlayments & shingles, several pages of homes with the year installation was completed and addresses (sorted by city, shingle type & color), warranty details, information on the company, business cards and reviews/testimonials from previous customers.
