They get two bonus stars for outsourcing to good talent, otherwise dealing with the office was a total nightmare and I would not recommend using this company at all. Service: Electrical power restoration

No call, no show. Was scheduled for a 4:00pm-7:00pm window for when a tech was to show up. 7:00pm passes with no call and no show. I was not impressed by the sales pitch on the initial call to sign-up for a service plan that waives any service fee from this company and others. I declined this offer, and was willing to pay the service fee. Starting to think this google page maybe a scam, leading people to a number that is more of a central service rather than directly to the company.
