From the moment I met Terri & Hannah, I knew this was the construction team I wanted working on my project. After speaking with a number of contractors about the needs for my small business, I knew that they genuinely cared about me getting my feet off the ground. They worked with me on budget, gave a pretty close timeline, and communicated issues along the way. As stressful as opening a small business can be especially with construction, I felt the work was done well, the communication was wonderful, and the ability to work with me was outstanding. Meghan was amazing as a Project Manager and truly brought the calm to the project. Also the flooring and repairman were outstanding people. Even my landlord was blown away with the caliber of work. Will definitely be calling on Kendall again for location number two or future home repairs! This was our first experience hiring contractors as we decided to finish our basement. Then we decided to tack on adding hardwood floors to our main floor. We could not be happier with the finished project. Everything looks incredible. Every email was returned promptly. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. Every change I made was handled with not only grace but also enthusiasm. Everyone who came to work in our house was very kind and hardworking.
