Very happy with friendly, informative and efficient service from Jesse from Nelson Bros. I had a lot of plumbing questions, especially with an older house. He helped me switch out an old washing machine with the new one, when Home Depot said they couldn’t install it. Valves were replaced with new ones. Scheduling an appointment with dispatch was very easy as well.
Once again, Nelson Bros proves that they are the best in the business! They scheduled an appointment quickly, communicated well leading up to my appointment, and the technician was easygoing, friendly, and took care of the issue fast.
