At the end of April signed with M & A Roofing to do a tear-off and replace the shingles on our house and garage, replace the siding on the garage, and install new gutters on the garage. We were told that it would be about 2 weeks for the roof to be replaced and 3 - 4 weeks for the garage to be done. It took 3-4 weeks to get the shingle job done which was fine but I had to fight with the crew to do the job right. They won't replace rotten wood even though replacement sheets are built into the cost. They didn't want to put the baffles in so the edge vents can work properly and when they finally did do it they didn't replace the wood they pried up but instead put the 40 year old wood back down with the same nails through the same nail holes. They shingled over my bathroom exhaust fan and told me to just aim the ducting at one of the can vents. The first rainfall and we had a leak. It took 2 1/2 months to get the siding on the garage done. Looks good but they used 3 inch nails and d
