My builder hired this company to do the roof for our new construction. We used Owens corning shingles which were more expensive. 3 months later , this is what we got . when I tried to speak to their representative he said that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I should let them worry about it. He said they would correct all their mistakes, but we had to sign a contract stating that they were not responsible for any future issues, and the most interesting of all, the homeowner shouldn’t be on the property while they were doing repairs . We ended up hiring another company, tearing down the roof and replacing it . Everything was wrong. The underlay was lower quality and not what was recommended by Owens corning. water had seeped in and damaged the wood. The shingles were put in wrong and had to be replaced. This was in 2022. No , I am not mistaken. It was an expensive lesson. It cost us 37k to fix. We are in court now. Do not recommend.

Ridgecon Roofing did a complete roof removal and replacement to my home. They used a premium GAF HDZ shingle that is both functional and enhances the beauty of the home. The crew was extremely effecient and cleaned up their mess nicely when the job was done. Tony Elie, the owner, is both professional and friendly to deal with. Thank you Ridgecon. As a follow-up, I discovered a leak in my roof that appeared to be an issue where two sheets of plywood joined together. I highly recommend purchasing the Gold warranty. The claim process with GAF was quite customer friendly and I felt reassured that my issue would be resolved. Ridgecon came out and quickly diagnosed and identified the source of the leak. I knew I was in good hands with Ridgecon and they did not disappoint! I highly recommend Tony Elie and Ridgecon roofing for their expertise, customer support, and professionalism. Start to finish, Ridgecon was fantastic to work with. Our main point of contact was Sheldon throughout the project, and he made sure all our questions were answered. At no point did we feel pressured to close the deal or spoken down to. The day of install was smooth and I was shocked a full roof tear down and install would only take one day!
