Tony was great to work with, got to the point, showed us pictures of our roof. We were not aware of how bad it was. His crew was top-notch, harding working, no matter what the weather. It rained intermittenly throughout the days they were here. Their clean up, every day, was spot on. A company is only as good as their crew and this is a great company. My builder hired this company to do the roof for our new construction. We used Owens corning shingles which were more expensive. 3 months later , this is what we got . when I tried to speak to their representative he said that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I should let them worry about it. He said they would correct all their mistakes, but we had to sign a contract stating that they were not responsible for any future issues, and the most interesting of all, the homeowner shouldn’t be on the property while they were doing repairs . We ended up hiring another company, tearing down the roof and replacing it . Everything was wrong. The underlay was lower quality and not what was recommended by Owens corning. water had seeped in and damaged the wood. The shingles were put in wrong and had to be replaced. This was in 2022. No , I am not mistaken. It was an expensive lesson. It cost us 37k to fix. We are in court now. Do not recommend.

Start to finish, Ridgecon was fantastic to work with. Our main point of contact was Sheldon throughout the project, and he made sure all our questions were answered. At no point did we feel pressured to close the deal or spoken down to. The day of install was smooth and I was shocked a full roof tear down and install would only take one day! We’re super happy with the new roof and will recommend Ridgecon to anyone. Service: Roof installation
