John came out and ran new hot and cold lines, and waste line. Extremely professional and helpful. Was very patient and I was very comfortable having him here. I usually do my own work, but would easily go with Shelby Mechanical again for another service.
I am very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and timeliness of this company. The technicians that came to help were very professional, assessed the issue and promptly fixed it. They did a clean job, were respectful and very kind. I am extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.
Gabe removed and replaced the exiting shower valve and cartridge we had stuck in our bathroom. Other places quoted me over 3x as much and insisted additional work needed done. I appreciated the honest and great service he provided!
