RAM Residential Remodeling

We were not looking forward to the enormous step of replacing our roof as so many of our neighbors had had a great deal of aggravation and disappointment with quality, construction time, reliability, etc. We consider ourselves so very fortunate to have found and hired RAM Residential.

Being a WMUZ listener I came across RAM Residential and contacted them to schedule a visit to our Church for roof repair. For 2 months they played a waiting game had a technician call me and said he would come out and just wait for a call in 1 to 2 weeks. This never happened, after nearly a month of waiting I called back again to reschedule a site visit, same story scheduled one day then called back and said we are over booked and then rescheduled again. Finally the day they were supposed to come out I called in the morning to confirm the time they said they canceled the appointment since they could not get a hold of me the previous day, when asked did you leave a voicemail their claim is that they don't leave a voicemail. IF THEY ARE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE NOW CAN'T IMAGINE THEIR ATTITUDE IF AWARDED THE PROJECT Jibu Palathanam

Do not use this company, (if they are even in business anymore) They did our roof and sold us a 25 year warranty. They cut corners every way possible and now our roof needs to be replaced after 13 years. The installation was done wrong so the shingle company will not cover it. Do not use this company.
