I called Jon to quote me for a new roof. He never came out. He text me the next day with an estimate. I don’t know much about roofs, but all of the other guys who quoted me, at least got up on the roof and told me what I can expect. Needless to say I hired Jon for the job. If I had a question, it was only answered through text. Very rare I got a phone call. I get he’s busy, but cmon, this is a lot of money we are spending, give us your time. At the end of the day, I cancelled the job as it was too much conflict and not much attention, plus I was uncomfortable at this point. I will now pay more for a company that is better at communicating with us, and has better customer service.

Jon and Bella’s Roofing did a great job with a tear-off roof replacement. They were incredibly responsive to any questions I had from estimate through completion. Some loose ends that needed to be tied up after installation were promptly addressed the following day without issue.
