I called the office to schedule an inspection, which is required for a certificate of occupancy to sell home. They were able to schedule the next day and had results emailed the same day, which helped me expedite the municipality’s requirements. The technician was professional, on time and knowledgeable about my devices. He even tested the Tankless H/W system, which I did not expect. I have since referred to another family member, that lost AC in the peak of summer, they were out the next day and were exceptionally reasonable. They found out it was a minor capacitor issue and repair was less than 200$ With parts and labor. That says a lot of about the character of the company! Service: A/C system maintenance

We hired HVAC contractor Flo-Aire out of Southgate and they are doing a quality install. One example is that they framed around the heat registers in the wall for more stability and longevity rather than bolting the registers to only the drywall for support. I’m told taking time to put the framing isn’t common in new builds. The workers are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The Project Manager visits the job each day.
