I highly recommend! I had called concerned about noise and lack of air blowing from my furnace. We talked on the phone and due to my work I had availability issues on my end. They showed concern and squeezed me in for a Saturday. Turns out my system is so old (well over 20yrs) that it was best I just replace it. Again they made schedule adjustments for me and came out within a week on a Saturday. Not only were Adderly and Lee kind, helpful and respectful, they also worked very fast. We had Micheal and his HVAC Crew, Adderly and Casey come out to install a Mitsubishi 2 zone minisplit heat pump/ air conditioner as well as a Energystar Comfortmaker high efficiency furnace with AC in our attic. Team Leader, Micheal was the gentleman who came out to give us our cost estimate. He was right on time wirh the scheduled appointment, He carefully listened to our concerns and made recommendations based on our HVAC needs . Adderall, seemed like the second in command, knowledgeable about the products and along with Casey they all handled themselves in a professional manner. I gave Michael and his crew a well deserved 5 rating. I think they represent Quality Air Control Heating and Cooling with their excellent customer service, eased our concerns of handling a relatively large job which included the installtion of three lights and several attic outlets .
