I called for service of my ac which was not functioning and a service man was at my house a few hours later. Jason was professional, neat, and very clear about what he was doing and what I should expect. On his way out he checked to make sure the door was locked and that the gate was closed. I called on a Monday and Jason was out the next day within my 2 hour availability. He addressed the issue with my AC unit and was very friendly and informative. I had a hot water tank installed by Apollo, and the service was great. They came out (thankfully) the same day the tank gave out, and did a wonderful job. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, (even putting down tarps everywhere they had to walk on the main floor, and down the basement stairs). He explained how the tank worked, and how to maintain and prolong the life of the tank by draining it 1-2 times per year. I will definitely use them again, and will give a positive recommendation to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.
