Great communication. AC went out over holiday weekend. They still called me back to set up a service call. I was at work the day they came out for service and they kept me updated on my appointment time so I could leave and meet them there. Technician was knowledgeable and he made sure I understood what the problem was. Highly recommend.

I’ve had them here on two occasions, once to replace my thermostat with a smart one and most recently to repair my AC. I had the same tech both times, Derrick, and he is very knowledgeable and professional. For the thermostat, he recommended one that didn’t require running a “C” wire, while other companies wanted to do that. For the AC, I called first thing and they came later that morning. He found the causes, checked to see if was still under warranty (it was) and completed the repair. I will definitely recommend them. Service: HVAC system repair

we tried to replace bedroom mini split A/C unit because the room humidity got too higher at cool mode, Koz's Michael came look site, He is so professional, later he spent lot time to talk with Mitsubishi, Fujitsu engineers again. finally suggest us to keep existing one and postpone new unit installed. they spent lot of time to help customer without consider company benefit, really Customer first!!
