Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Blake came to clear our plugged drain. He showed up on time, inspected the issue and listened to me. Gave me an estimate of different things he could do to address the issue. After agreeing on a plan he was able to unplug the drain, finding a blockage some 70 feet out and found tree roots on the snake. He then put a cutter on and sent back to make sure it was as open as it could be. He as very courteous and professional. I would recommend them for any drain issues you may have. First and foremost, the plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. My one and only complaint, which is a big one, is the cost. I paid over $1000 to have a toilet, vanity and faucet installed, that I had bought a head of time. That came out to be over $300 per hour, which I'm sure didn't go to the plumber. Yes I paid it but, I do not plan on ever using Roto-Rooter again. I want to be clear, the plumber was excellent. Services: Toilet installation, Faucet installation
