We ordered a bay window for our 1930s home and it looks amazing. It is really great quality and well built. It took about 3 months from ordering to be installed. The salesman and installers were all amazing. Everyone was very professional and worked hard. The total install took about 6 hours or so. They noticed a hairline crack in one of the panes during the install. My only complaint with Hansons is the installer called in the order/report for the crack while still at the house the first day, but when calling to check on the replacement date, they told us it was ordered over a week after the window was originally installed. Not a huge deal as everything was fine, but we did have a big whole in the wall under the window (old plaster walls) that eventually let some ants in, so I had to patch that myself instead of hoping Hansons would do it soon. Original install date was at the end of April and the replacement pane was completed at the end of June. Overall, definitely worth the price a

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS IF I COULD. UPDATE!!! It is now 9 months later and this company is still working on installing these windows correctly. Wind coming in from every window and according to their employees I didn’t close the windows properly. I didn’t even have a chance to open them after they installed them. It was too cold to open the windows. ***UPDATE***2 months later screen door came in but the door handle was wrong. Brown door with white handle. ????????‍♀️Five people call me from Hansons to ask how it went and they all keep saying I will transfer this to someone else. I used Hansons to install four windows and a door wall. I was told this should take 4-12 weeks. I understand it’s Covid time and they are short staffed but they didn’t even keep in contact. They came out couple times for measurements. Took six months to come out and install windows. Kept telling me my association took too long to respond which is not accurate because I was cc’d on the email and my

i’ve been dealing with this company for the last two months. It’s been nothing but a nightmare from the windows to getting the roof done and the customer service they have damaged my siding and my neighbors siding with no repair and insight that have made multiple cancellations on me when it comes out to cleaning the siding and repairing the window that they haven’t properly installed and they’re still shingle stuck on the side of my siding from when they first and the roof They have been unresponsive. I have talked to several managers. including Gary Sherman yesterday who could seem to care less about the frustration and the multiple cancellations where I’ve had to take time off work to wait around for people who never even showed up someone was supposed to be at my house yesterday between noon and 2 PM and never showed up I called they told me that they’re coming that they’re coming and no one ever end up coming yesterday.
