i’ve been dealing with this company for the last two months. It’s been nothing but a nightmare from the windows to getting the roof done and the customer service they have damaged my siding and my neighbors siding with no repair and insight that have made multiple cancellations on me when it comes out to cleaning the siding and repairing the window that they haven’t properly installed and they’re still shingle stuck on the side of my siding from when they first and the roof They have been unresponsive. I have talked to several managers. including Gary Sherman yesterday who could seem to care less about the frustration and the multiple cancellations where I’ve had to take time off work to wait around for people who never even showed up someone was supposed to be at my house yesterday between noon and 2 PM and never showed up I called they told me that they’re coming that they’re coming and no one ever end up coming yesterday. We haven’t gotten to the install stage yet, but thus far, Hanson’s is on point. Our salesperson, Mark Brown, was exceptional. Dressed very professionally, arrived before the appointment time, listened to our needs, didn’t bad mouth other companies, very knowledgeable and was not too salesy. Honestly, he has been a true joy to work with. We financed our project and that process was also painless and seamless. Hanson’s is also the only company that could install the product in less than 4-5 months. Highly recommend!

Hanson also installed my siding. What a wonderful company to work with. Every time I had an issue or questions Pat Delaney was right there to help. He even stopped by to help with the color of my garage door; which I purchased through a different vendor. I would highly recommend Hansons for any home repairs.
