I used this service in the past and it was very nice, and then November of 2022 I called them again. Just when he arrived he started to complain about the price that the customer service told me of $250.00 to get the job done. He wanted to charge me almost double. I told him no. He went down my basement after 5 minutes, he went up and said he was done. I paid him $250.00 minus 20.00 coupons I received from them. One month late the backup come back again I called them again. He said they came and did their job. Now the backup came back again one month late again. I need to pay them $125.00 for service call and $350.00 an hour. Imagine! What or who can do this to their customers??? This is heartless. Service: Drain cleaning

I called with issues with my sink and garbage disposal, and was met with a lovely customer service professional. They got out to my house rather quickly even though my request was not incredibly urgent. Gill was the plumber that assisted me with my garbage disposal and even took the time to educate me about how to keep my sink working. He then looked and tested all my faucets and even my toilet to give me an idea of where everything is at -- how long I have with these fixtures and what might be better. He even helped me fix a drain problem I didn't even ask for! He was amazing, professional and prompt. I love Paul C. Scott and recommend them to all my family and friends. Great company! I am extremely happy with Paul C. Scott & Sons Plumbing. I called on a Monday when I was at my wit's end with my kitchen sink. The receptionist reported someone could be out the following day between 12PM-5PM. Although the timeframe was a bit wide and somewhat inconveniencing, when they did call to let me know someone was on their way they were very prompt. Ian was our technician and he was wonderful. He was polite, honest, and worked quickly to address our problem. I would recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again! Service: Drain cleaning
