Water was leaking into our sunroom. It was getting worse with each failed attempt at repair. We hired a home inspector to find the source of the problem, which he did in a few minutes and he told us how to repair it. We had several companies come out for an estimate. Ben from Atex was the only one who came up with the same list of issues and repair plan as the home inspector. A few days later, two men came and fixed all of the issues in about 5 hours. They even fixed a couple of unrelated storm damage items, all at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other companies. It has been two years since the repairs were done and not a single drop in our sunroom, even though we've been through several heavy rain and high wind events. We recently had Atex install a new roof on our home in Ann Arbor. We were referred to them by our solar contractor Solar King. They both worked together getting everything done in a timely manner. The installation was quick, the price was on par with the other estimates we received. We would highly recommend Atex. The roof has a great warranty and they had several color options for us to choose from.

Atex did a phenomenal job on our house. The inspector found no issues with the house and even commented on the quality of the work. Grant has been extremely helpful and even went out of his way, a couple of YEARS after we purchased the house, to help us pull some documents and answer a few questions.
