Precision Plumbing

The job entailed re-plumbing for a new built-in-place vanity for a half bath and the replacement of a freeze-roof hose spigot. All work was done professionally and by people who all were helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. One thing that impressed me was the willingness that people had to own mistakes in a professional manner and make them right, no hint of defensiveness.

I had my rough in plumbing done for a bathroom remodel. The plumbers were lovely and respectful. I had a lot of unique situations in my bathroom due to it's age and they took the time to listen to me and my plans and to double check everything. They were punctual and constantly let me know what was going on. I had a lovely experience with them today and am looking forward to continue working with them and see the bathroom complete.

Precision Plumbing came out to my home in Clawson, MI on 5/30/23 to repair leaking faucets and shower handles while also quoting the replacement of a gas line for my dryer. Pictures of all the leaking hardware were sent to Precision weeks in advance of the appointment, but the plumber still arrived unable to fix all but one sink/faucet. The faucet that was fixed now has mismatching handles, with the hot water side pointing up to the two o'clock position (see attached photo). This fix cost me $185 with a promise to return (probably at my expense) to finish the job. The gas pipe quote was supposed to be emailed to me following the job, but it has been four days and I still have yet to receive any follow-up from Precision excepting my invoice (which was paid at the time of the appointment). UPDATE: Precision came out to the home free-of-charge and fixed the handle. They also provided quotes for the remainder of the labor within 40 minutes of the appointment. I commend them for their effor
