Justin did a great job on the re-call up grade to my furnace. He had all the answer to my questions plus he didn't mind if i watch and chatted with him about my new system. It was a pleasure having him working in my home.
Response was very quick. Justin was very professional and polite. He explained the problem very clearly and fixed it. Very good impression overall. Besides I was impressed how the company notified me about the technician arrival : SMS was sent 30 min before arrival and it could be even tracked. I could copre with some another companies ..
