horrible experience, called last night, said they will come this morning, I waited,no one come. So I called, they told me they cannot send anybody to come until next week and if I join their membership they can send a guy right way. Is that the way they do business ?
Y&G Plumbing And Rodding went above & beyond, by not only fixing the issue, but providing me with a preventative maintenance plan in order to keep our drains clear and flowing. The company also brought us a Bark Box for our dogs as a complimentary gift. We will be using Y&G Plumbing And Rodding again if we have any plumbing needs in the future.
We had a problem with our outdoor line and they came same day we called. Fred was very professional and fixed the problem with ease. Very satisfied with the timely fashion it was fixed in! Would recommend Y&G Plumbing And Rodding to all!
