Aladdin Heating & Cooling

We got a new AC unit installed yesterday. Thomas and Jason were professional and did a great job installing the new unit. They were clean and explained all that they did. Dan also was great and thorough helping us decide what unit to go with.

We have used Aladdin for over 20 years for all of our heating and cooling needs. When our ~20 year old AC started acting up this summer, we called Aladdin and they were able to have a crew come out the next day to inspect our AC. The crew was very friendly, on time and informed me that our unit had a leak and to recharge our old system, it would be close to a fourth of the price of an entire new unit with the old unit continuing to leak after being recharged. After having Jeff come out the following day and giving a free quote, we decided to get the new AC unit. The install crew was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions and watch them install the new system (I was genuinely curious to see and understand the process). The new unit was installed in just under 4 hours and works great. Additionally, Aladdin works close with Macson Electric and they had an electrician come out and check our system over electrically, all included in the Aladdin total price. Furthermo
