I scheduled a 16 point plumbing inspection, which was very helpful. I was given quotes for several items that were close to needing replacement. I then prioritized replacement of my water heater as it was on its last leg and best to replace it before it dies! The technician called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, provided a time estimate and completed the job ahead of time. He walked me through the completed job, and what to expect from the water heater and how long it would take to fully heat up. The water heater is guaranteed for 10 years which is above industry standard. I highly recommend Flame!

The crew for our furnace & A/C install were on time. They protected all work traffic areas to prevent damage. All the crew were polite and explained all aspects of the job. After the installation, the crew members did a walk-through of all the equipment locations, explained how the components worked, and tested everything. All work areas were thoroughly cleaned prior to the crew's departure. Overall, we were very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Flame to someone needing similar work and we would definitely use them again.

Collin came out today to service our AC units. He was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he knew how to find out. Our units were older and he gave us options that helped us make an informed decision. He was sincere in discussing my issues and I have no doubt he was giving me his honest opinion. I decided to enroll in their maintenance agreement, as long as he is able to return to do the job.
