The last thing I want to do is hurt a small business, but I hired Reyes based on positive reviews so I feel I owe it to others to share our experience. Check EVERYTHING in detail before you hand them that check and they leave because they will NOT come back. They won't answer or return calls or texts either. They quoted our job which we accepted (not the lowest quote or highest quote). Mario signed off on the contract. They delayed our job by 2 months. When they finally came to start, Mario said the job had been misquoted (he had fired the employee) and he would need to increase the quote by $11k. At this point other painters were booking 6+ months out and we were stuck. We acknowledged it was a very big job and we wanted it done right so we negotiated to a $5k increase from our original quote. POSITIVES - They were very fast! - It is a 100-year-old house and the wood siding is not in great condition. There was a lot of loose paint and they did a good job of scraping it off and priming

We hired Reyes Building and Painting to paint our 5 bedroom house and install 2500 sq feet of LVP flooring. The work was done in a short amount of time, but the quality is impressive and we are very happy with our new home!
