I'm writing to give kudos and thank yous to Patrick and his apprentice for my job that they just completed! They were both extremely efficient and very knowledgeable! I've worked with many service companies and being a physically disabled homeowner I get responses all over the map. You should be extremely proud to have such great people working for your company! I don't even have enough words to say what this company did for me. I had called three other companies before calling Excel; all of them told me it would be a MONTH before they could come out and even look at my home. I called Excel as a last ditch effort and last hope. Tom was the one I got ahold of and he was AMAZING. He called me right back to see what has happening, understood that I was without power for 4 days, unable to cook or anything, and got someone out to my house THAT DAY. Thank you so much to Tom and Patrick for helping us out in our time of need!

Excel Electric responded to my repair request quickly. Patrick inspected the wiring in my bathroom light fixture and made sure it was safe to use. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
