Reyes Exterior Renovation came to my home to fix a complicated area with my soffit. They listened to me, understood my priority, and were incredibly nice. When they came out the first day they tried to get on my roof to start repairs and noticed it was too hot and that walking on my roof would ruin the look of the shingles. They let me know they would out early the next day to avoid any damage. Showed up early the next day and had my repairs done in a timely manner. They communicated well and I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work from honest people.

Reyes Roofing were Amazing experience. Not only their communication nor attention to detail but their transparency towards ( Me ) as their customer. I scheduled an appointment with them…. Reyes Roofing put the roof on our newly built house. During the first rain of us moving into our house, the roof leaked. Reyes repaired the leak. 2 years later, the roof is leaking in the same spot. I called Reyes roofing to inform them. I was told they’d be out the next day. The next day they were a no show and no call. After repeatedly calling Reyes, I was told they’d be out the following Monday or Tuesday. Once again, they were a no call, no show. After repeatedly calling again, I was told that they take pride in their work and customer service. I was told they’d be out Saturday at 10:30. Once again, they are a no call, no show. Meanwhile, it continues to rain and our roof continues to leak. If we’d been told they couldn’t repair our roof, we’d call another company so that we can promptly take care of the leak without doing more damage.
