Our insurance agreed to pay for the roof but they did not want to pay for the siding or windows. With Sergey's help we finally got the insurance to pay for the damaged siding and windows. If you're like me, with a large national insurance company, the process can be a challenge. You must understand that the insurance company has a simple motivation: to minimize their payout as much as possible while not losing you as a customer altogether. Despite what they tell you, the insurance company and their adjusters are not in business to pay out claims if they don't have to. I was a customer for over 30 years with very few claims. When the adjuster comes out, you need a roofing professional to discuss the damage with them and point out the things the adjuster can conveniently overlook. After working with Lifetime builders on numerous projects on our house over the past few years, we hired them again to build an addition to our two car garage.
