Been a long time customer, however after a recent service trip this fall, we will no longer use Golden Valley Heating & Air. Technician caused significant damage to our basement flooring due to unplugging our condensate pump causing a slow leak over several weeks. When finally noticed we had a return visit to confirm. When confronting service manager Dennis- met with zero resolution to matter, unprofessionalism, and several excuses for his delay in responses. I was refused the opportunity to speak with ownership and the liability aspect was simply tossed back in my lap as homeowner as that his technician refused any such actions, and it was noted I could have unplugged unit. Essentially their word against mine as the homeowner... even though I have video surveillance of technician clearly plugging in his shop vacuum to the outlet that pump is normally plugged into.
