I found them through Costco and everyone I dealt/spoke with were very kind. They installed a new furnace, thermostat and air conditioner. His professionalism and guidance helped me select the appropriate units for my needs, reducing the choices to simple options of noise vs. cost. The job involved rebates from several sources. Susan from their office made it painless. All documentation was sent via email; she took care of the onerous job of filing for all the rebates involved. Scheduling was a breeze, and when she called with an opportunity to move up the date became available, they were there, bright and early. The installation crew was extraordinarily professional.
