Alex is a real professional. He is thorough, explains everything, and makes sure our furnace and AC was running perfectly. He also recommends products that increase efficiency and effectiveness of our systems. They provided excellent service and were very helpful when answering all of my questions regarding running the unit. If I could give them a sixth star, I would. I highly recommend their services.
I can't speak of their technicians because my phone call to them was redirected to a scam company. I requested an estimate on furnace repair and they asked for $250 estimate fee. That money actually went to a annual subscription fee for some handy man referral fee. I don't know if there really is a Porter Heating and Air but their phone number is a scam.
