Mike from B&C installed a new gas water heater in my home in the morning. There was a gas odor after he left. I called Nicole and asked if Mike could come back with a gas detector. Mike came back that afternoon, but not with a gas detector. He tested for leaks with soap and water, not able to find the leak. The gas odor became very strong overnight. I was concerned about having an explosion in the house. I contacted Nicole in the morning and she said "I do not have any techs available this morning. If they get things done in a timely manner today I sure can send Mike back out and see what he can find." I responded saying B&C should be concerned about the liability of a gas leak and she should talk to her boss about getting someone to my house with a gas detector. Mike came out between jobs.
