My large double garage door was from what I could see a total mess, It was extremely noisy and then it came off the track and there were screws on the floor, a piece of it was bent; I was preparing for the worst,and I had just gone through some major expenses, so I was a little nervous about the bill due to previous bad experiences with garage door companies in Rochester. Jim was prompt, and not pushy, repaired my door left an invoice, I was so happy when I saw the bill. When they say their business is based on honesty and integrity they really mean it! I'll never use a different garage door company again, and when I need a brand new door I will be buying it from Jim Nelson. BB
