We had Bonfe Exteriors do some work for us. We could not be happier with the results. Their professionalism is like no other. We felt like we could trust them and they really cared about us. Bonfe isn't lying when they say they can make your insurance company own up to its responsibilities. The drone imagery that David from Bonfe captured showed significant damage, but we couldn’t wait for our insurance company anymore. They'd denied us multiple times and wouldn't give us another look. We went ahead and replaced the roof on our own because it was so bad. But we submitted the report from Bonfe anyway (which was done as a "just in case" the day before we had our new roof put on) and our insurance company actually changed course. They reimbursed us for what we paid out of pocket for the roof (even without sending another of their own inspectors out). These guys were professional, responsive, and thorough from start to finish.
