If you are having an unusual or difficult plumbing situation, I highly recommend giving Good Guys a call. Prior to Good Guys, I contacted two other plumbing companies who didn't even bother to call back. My roof was being replaced and having an atmospheric water heater, it used an old chimney to steam out. I had to figure out if the chimney should be rebuilt or if I should install a new water heater. Anything that had to be done, would need to be coordinated with the roofing company. This situation was stressing me out so much. When the plumbers didn't call back, it made me feel even worse. Mitch contacted me and came out to assess the situation right away. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He ran through all the different options we could do and even found a better and more cost effective solution for my situation. My Water Softener went out and given the circumstances I had to shut off water to the home.
