Had Brothers Electric out to upgrade a few of my narrow switch boxes to wide boxes in order to be able to install some deeper control switches in my 1926 home. This company has great reviews on Nextdoor and elsewhere, so we had them come do an estimate for a kitchen remodel. The electrician was friendly and we felt the estimate was fair. However, when I tried to call to schedule service, there was no answer. I tried multiple days in a row, then left a message asking them to call me back. No call back. I emailed the electrician that did our estimate asking what was up, and he never responded. If you're too busy to take our $6,000+ job, you could at least tell me instead of ghost me.
