The plumber who stopped was personable and professional and I have no issues with him. My issue is that Soderlin agreed to do a job (clearing a clogged drain) that they were not equipped to do. After telling me their tools were not sufficient to clean the drain, I was given numbers of who to call and charged $69 for the service call. I made it clear what my issue was when I scheduled the appointment and they accepted the job. If they were not equipped to handle the job, why did they accept it and charge me to be in the same predicament I was in before they arrived? Service: Drain cleaning

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. ????
