Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning

I called this company after being stood up by another company. I explained my in the wall ac needed replacement. They gave me a timeslot. When that time passed, I called them. The girl told me that they were only working on essential central air units. The guy who works on window AC is booked until Sept. I asked why my appointment was booked then. She didn't know. No calls from anyone telling me they weren't coming. Clearly, my job wasn't important enough to show up for. It's also clear that whoever makes these appointments needs additional training. The techs who have these jobs assigned to them also need to be considerate of somebody elses time and call if they aren't coming. So unprofessional and disrespectful.

James was on-site within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue within minutes: a severely dysfunctional humidifier which we had inherited with the house. Replacement scheduled for today - at a 30% discount because we have an excellent service package. As usual, Duffy's Heating is living up to their reputation and history

Showed up right on time. Finished faster than I thought since it was a new AC and Furnace. Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning were very clean and professional. At some points I could not even hear them installing. When they went through the walkthrough and training on the new system they were very patient. Highly recommend Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning
