This the is WORST business EVER! I made an appointment for a gas pipe fitting replacement 3 days prior of the appointment date and prepaid $89 fee ( plus labor and parts later). They said they will be at my address between 12-3pm on the day to fix the problem. They knew the gas has been turned off due to the minor leak at the gas pipe fittings and the temperature has been in negative, (no gas = no heat). I waited until 2:30 pm to call to see if the technician was on his way since the staff said that technician will call 30 mins prior to coming but I haven't heard anything by 2:30 pm. Meanwhile I am waiting for this technician in cold, hoping he will come soon so I can go get some food. Finally I called to see where this technician was but the lady at the Duncan call desk, who answers the phone checks and tells me that they can't come today. I am asking the lady on the phone at Duncan, you weren't going to even let me know that he isn't coming?? And I was willing to work with
Scam alert. I need occasional work done. I was sold a $149 premium plan. They scheduled their dude to come the next morning to give me an estimate. They called and cancelled at the last moment. The moral is to not prepay for services that haven't been performed. Their scam is to sell memberships, not to do the work. I did get a refund.
Gabriel is a busy man for a good reason. He does quality work at reasonable rates. He installed five ceiling fans, a pot rack, two drop lights, and two chandlers in one day. He might be booked, but we’ll worth the wait if you want the job done right. Highly recommended.
