The technician, Matt R., was friendly, courteous, and thorough. He explained and showed every step performed for the tune-up maintenance, listened carefully, and answered all questions. Every time we have had to use this service we have had such great experiences with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Each member that has serviced us has been more than appreciated, very professional and knowledgeable! We will continue to use their service as we all know it’s hard to find reliable and honest work! In Fall 2022, I had them come out for annual furnace tune-up. For just a little more money I was able to partake in the Smart Club Membership which also included an AC tuneup in the Spring (among other benefits). When they came for that, my 33-year-old system was ready to be replaced so someone else came out the same day to give an estimate. Cody was friendly, courteous, and not a high-pressure salesman. (AND he fosters dogs!) He listened to what my wants/needs were and provided a very reasonable estimate for a new system. Installation happened the next week. I highly recommend them!
