The work was completed within the quoted timeframe and results look great. Jeremy was very courteous and called to see if he could arrive earlier than what was scheduled. Very much enjoyed Liberty Handyman Services great service! I will use them again!

I scheduled an appointment for Liberty Handyman to come out to my loft to mount a fireplace. It was a pretty simple job, as I ordered the fireplace online & just required a few screws for the mount, and then for the fireplace to be lifted onto the mount, which I couldn’t do myself. I called for the appointment on Wednesday for a Thursday evening appointment at 5pm. I got a confirmation email with my work order number. When Thursday evening rolled around, nobody had arrived, so I called around 5:15 and the dispatch acted as if I didn’t have an appointment but said they’d be right on it. Nobody reached out, so I called every hour until 7:30. Once I finally got on with the individual that was supposed to come out, I had to re-explain the entire job and was then told that he could come out, but wouldn’t be able to do it. He also told me a quoted out price for the job with a base fee that was different than the base fee originally given to me when I scheduled the appointment. By then, it wa

Jeremy was really accommodating in my time of need. He had a full schedule with me on the phone; quickly reconsidered the size of my project and said he would drive by to assess. He promptly showed up at the prearranged time and quickly took care of the job. I was satisfied with the workmanship and the price paid. I will definitely use his services in the future.
