Comfort Masters LLC

Two years ago I had Comfort Masters install a Carrier split unit cooling system in my house. The team at Comfort Masters were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. This past month the boiler/hot water heat system in my house failed which was installed by a different company. After consulting with Jason and his team at Comfort Masters I was told I could use the Carrier system as a heat pump to keep my house warm while i waited for a new boiler to be installed. The Carrier heat pump system kept my house at 70 degrees even though the air temperature outside dipped below zero. For anyone looking for a cooling system that also can be used as an emergency heat source I would strongly recommend contacting Comfort Masters and installing a spit unit system!

Our A/C fan quit working during a heat wave. Directly after a holiday weekend when many companies were booked up, Comfort was able to make room in their schedule and came out the same day. Worst experience I've ever had!!! The technician came out with the part for my furnace. Took a look and said that 1 I needed new burners as well and that he wouldn't be able to get them till next week. I had already been without heat for 3 days. He said to call him if I could locate the burners and he left. I found the new burners 10 minutes after he left. I've been calling his cell and the business number for 3 days with no answer or call back!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Service: Repair HVAC
