I always try to use locally owned businesses when possible, and Olson & Legatt are a superb business. They are responsive, responsible, and do the work when they say they will and at the price quoted. Excellent!

I first met with Kelsy on a bid to repair a portion of my roof. He was genuine, friendly and yet professional. After agreeing to the work, they came sooner than expected and did an amazing job! I am so impressed, if you are needing a roofing company, please take my word and do not go any where else. Thank you so much. PS I love the book!!

I've been in the construction business all my life and i have met the good and I've met the bad. Kelsey Olson is absolutely one of the good if not the best. You can tell this isn't just a job to him it's a passion. Honestly have never met a contractor as devoted to his work or customers. He's fast, responsive, and he doesn't mind when you bug the hell out of him. Lol The previous owner must have loved raking snow off the roof and i thought for sure i would be replacing it but Kelsey was honest and told me the damage was superficial and the roof still had plenty of life. He could have easily took my money but he was straight with me. It seems every realtor in town trusts this guy and now i see why. They don't make em like this anymore.
