Called about warranty on an AC they installed 2 years ago and they acted like they didn't know me. Wanted me to find my receipt from 2 years ago. I could get canceled checks for the deposit and the final install, but not the actual receipt, so they still claim not to know me. Went to Residential Heating and Air, confirmed they missed a valve when installing so my AC was overcharging. New coil would be needed after the valve was installed, tried to get warranty for me, but the unit wasn't registered under my name, so Northern Air needed to fix or it wasn't warranted. Bought another AC from Residential, for the warranty in my name. Cost less that Northern, is a name brand vs off brand and they let me use a portable AC while I wait for them to install. Use Northern at your own risk. I'd go elsewhere.
They called and asked us when a time would work for our annual tune up which surprised me since I had it in my phone to call them! I truly appreciate that they are professional, knowledgeable and polite. Great service! Highly recommend Service: Heating system maintenance
We have used Northern Air Heating & Cooling for about 3 years and have been so impressed. They have always been able to get to our home in a reasonable amount of time and come up with a plan of action to get our HVAC issues resolved.
