Northern Air Heating and Cooling

A little more than a year ago, our condensate pump burst, and water exploded out of it like a fountain. We were new to the area and didn't know who to call. Google led us to Northern Air Heating and Cooling, and they were only vendor who could see us that day. Chia was nice enough to squeeze us in to diagnose the issue, then came back after another job to replace it. Fast forward about 13 months, water was leaking from the pump and we didn't know why. They came within a few hours of scheduling. Chia diagnosed right away. Our switch tripped, and I didn't notice that, and they didn't charge us. Now we know how to address in the future. We have used Northern Air Heating & Cooling for about 3 years and have been so impressed. They have always been able to get to our home in a reasonable amount of time and come up with a plan of action to get our HVAC issues resolved. Called about warranty on an AC they installed 2 years ago and they acted like they didn't know me. Wanted me to find my receipt from 2 years ago. I could get canceled checks for the deposit and the final install, but not the actual receipt, so they still claim not to know me. Went to Residential Heating and Air, confirmed they missed a valve when installing so my AC was overcharging. New coil would be needed after the valve was installed, tried to get warranty for me, but the unit wasn't registered under my name, so Northern Air needed to fix or it wasn't warranted. Bought another AC from Residential, for the warranty in my name. Cost less that Northern, is a name brand vs off brand and they let me use a portable AC while I wait for them to install. Use Northern at your own risk. I'd go elsewhere.
