Scott was terrific. We had a clog right after working hours and I was anticipating a nightmare kitchen sink until the next day. I called Roto-Rooter and Scott was over in 30 minutes. He dealt with the issue professionally and explained to me how to stop sediment from building in the line. I knew what to expect every step of the way, and he was courteous and efficient. We could not be happier with this company. They arrived within an hour of our call for our flooded basement. Andrew, the drain fixer, was friendly and just fun, making a tense worrisome situation feel so much better. He explained everything, and was done in well under an hour, which was much faster than I had anticipated. Roto rooter also sent out a water damage assessor; happily, we didn’t have much permanent damage; just a few area rugs. I’d recommend them to anyone.
